The Story
Lekkafy was born from a simple question: why is managing money as a family so unnecessarily hard? Between juggling shared expenses, individual budgets, and trying to make sense of where it all goes at the end of the month, most families either give up or rely on clunky spreadsheets that only one person ever updates.
We believed it could be much better — a single place where the whole household sees the same picture, AI does the heavy lifting on receipts and statements, and nothing requires connecting your bank account.
The name "Lekkafy" comes from a simple idea: making your finances feel lekker — good, pleasant, something you actually look forward to. A nod to the everyday warmth of that word across cultures, and a reminder that managing money doesn't have to feel like a chore.
